Kvika banki is the Listing Advisor and Manager of the Offering for Iceland Seafood International‘s listing on the main market of Nasdaq Iceland. A public offering will begin Wednesday 16 october and end on Friday 18 October 2019. The offering consists of  225,000,000 new shares or 9.63% of the company's total share capital. The results of the offering are expected to be published no later than 21 October 2019.
