The Competition Authority and the British Financial Conduct Authority have approved Kvika banki’s acquisition of the entire share capital of GAMMA Capital Management and its subsidiary GAMMA in the UK. All of the conditions for the acquisition have now been fulfilled and Kvika will therefore proceed with the transaction in accordance with the purchase agreement. However, one seller, the owner of 3.85% of the share capital, signed the purchase agreement with a proviso, which he has not lifted, and Kvika will therefore acquire 96.15% of the share capital in GAMMA at this stage.
