Guðmundur Þórðarson

Guðmundur Þórðarson is the manager of business development at Kvika.

Guðmundur was born in 1972. He graduated with a Cand. Oecon degree in business administration from the University of Iceland in 1997. He has also completed a degree in stockbroking and asset management in the UK.

From 1997 to 2000, Guðmundur worked in asset management at Landsbréfum hf. From 2000 to 2003, Guðmundur worked as an expert at the development and corporate consulting department of Íslandsbanki hf. From 2003 to 2007, Guðmundur worked as the manager of the corporate division at Straumur fjárfestingabanki hf. Before Guðmundur started working as a manager at Kvika in August 2024, he worked on his own investments.
