Remote work policy

Kvika and its subsidiaries want to contribute towards promoting a better work-life balance for employees through the increased flexibility offered by remote work.

Remote work can in some cases offer employees possibilities for better concentration and work privacy. The Group Policy also supports Kvika's policy on sustainability by reducing its carbon footprint by decreasing the number of employee’s trips to and from the workplace.

As a general rule, employees are expected to carry out their tasks at a fixed place of business, but remote working is an option for employees where their tasks allow for it. Remote working arrangements apply to all jobs that can be carried out remotely.

Generally, employees are able to work remotely one day a week. In order to maintain a good workplace culture and ensure information sharing and co-operation, it’s advisable that one day a week includes as many people as possible in the team to be in the Office.
